Deeply committed to holistic healing and community, Sophia holds an herbal medicine certification and trained as a plant-based chef. Her vision is to inspire compassion, kindness, and understanding so anyone seeking support can find it within the community she nurtures.

COO & Certified Master Healer

With 20 years of experience across holistic healing modalities, Pranna helps others overcome physical, emotional, and spiritual obstacles, while overseeing the day-to-day operations that keep our programs running with precision and care.

CEO and founder of Sandy's Way Foundation, Keith honors his mother's legacy by channeling his financial acumen into meaningful community impact and long-term sustainability for our mission.

What the gardenia means to our founder

The gardenia flower symbolizes trust, clarity, hope, and renewal. Sophia remembers smelling a gardenia as a child, following its scent to something beautiful and pure that eased her anxiety in that very moment. It's been her favorite flower ever since.

Bright white with a sweet fragrance, gardenias are most often given as symbols of trust and are tied to purity and the spiritual world. That symbolism now lives at the center of everything HVN'S HAVEN builds.
