As the father of our CEO, he instilled in her the values of gratitude and purpose that now guide our work. With a background in 3D design and fashion, Ronald oversees landscape and drafting within our organization, ensuring all projects align with our mission of creating sustainable, impactful spaces. Miki Hirota is a multi-talented artist in many fields and co-creative director for HVNS HAVEN. With over 15 + years of experience as a graphic designer, film photographer, and special fx artist and creative director, Miki brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the organization. As an artist at heart, she sees the world through a unique lens, which allows her to add meaningful value to HVNS HAVEN's creative and marketing efforts. Her passion for social impact drives her work, and she is dedicated to making a difference in the world through her art and design. Born and raised in Japan, Miki moved to Los Angeles alone at the age of 14 and journeyed to learn the English language which later catapulted her into various fields as a chef, masseuse and creative.

Mama Sōl is an extraordinary member of our organization, serving as both the secretary and our organization's ambassador. She is a two-time breast cancer survivor and an inspiring activist, MC, healer, and teacher. With her passion for helping others and her determination, Mama Sōl has become a beacon of hope and inspiration to many. As our organization's ambassador, she represents our values and mission to the wider community, spreading awareness and advocating for change. In recognition of her outstanding contributions, Mama Sōl was awarded the key to the city of Flint, Michigan, where she continues to make a positive impact on the lives of those around her. Coming from a background of healing, with his mother being a healer, and as an empath, Dustyn has a unique ability to connect with people on a deep level.
